Dark Chocolate Wafer Bars
9/10: Sometimes, a chocolate product isn’t just chocolate–it’s an experience. That pretty much sums this up after reading about how it came to be developed. I had little more expectation for this than a good dark chocolate with flaky rice puffs inside. What was more the case was a rich dark chocolate coating, perfectly light and effortless wafer, and a creamy/airy chocolate mousse filling. In one bite, this wafer bar says more than I can in any review. This is definitely a gift for the senses.
