Organic Dark Chocolate With Ginger
8.5/10: Ginger has a way of adding a sweet, welcomed heat to dark chocolate. While this wasn’t my favorite rendition of the pair, I did enjoy this quite a bit. It could have used a touch more ginger, but what was there was flavorful. And the ginger didn’t compete with the bitterness of the chocolate, but rather supplied its own flavor subtly.
