8/10: This was my first time having a raw and vegan dessert, and I have to say One Lucky Duck was a great introduction. I wasn’t sure how they would be texturally but they were crisp and chewy just like any other cookie. The flavor had a nice ginger tone, though it was a little subtle. I got a lot of the maple powder and cashew in this flavorwise, as well, which really made it something special. These run a bit pricey, especially for their size, but to anyone devoted to the raw and vegan lifestyle this is a treat they well deserve.
