9/10: Brownies are definitely one of the most decadent chocolate treats; if I ever went completely raw, I know I’d be scrapping to make my own or find a repeat dealer. I thought these were amazing in texture for the most part, being just like a really fudgy brownie. Although, at times, I did find something that was a bit gritty(maybe a rogue flax seed?). The flavor was very chocolate, but not as much as I might have liked. There was too much of a fig-flavor, which I assume comes from the dates. I can’t say I was disappointed eating this in the slightest but at the same time I might continue my quest for a better raw brownie.
Edit: After attempting my own raw brownies, I raised these from an 8/10 to a 9/10; the texture is truly extraordinary and unique and deserved special credit.
