9/10: Having had my hand at raw cookie making, I can say for certain it’s one tough cookie. So when The Raw Bakery got it right here, it really impressed me. For one, the part of the cookie that weren’t chocolate actually tasted like a good ol’ fashion cookie, with premium vanilla; I think the almonds are a perfect neutral base flavor. The chocolate was such a nice contrast and so rich. And the texture was truly unique for raw foods. It didn’t try to imitate a fresh baked cookie but instead stood out in its own world. If these were more readily available, I could see myself going through a lot of them.
