Chocolate Snackaroons

9/10: Like something straight from the Amazon, these were a delicious treat. It didn’t taste dry or overly wet but just like a baked macaroon. The chocolate wasn’t overly sweet; it was very much in line with a dark, raw chocolate flavor. And the whole cookie had a great texture and mouthfeel. I’m not quite sure how the cashews played a role here but they certainly didn’t impede anything.
