9/10: Wow is right. For a gluten free product, this cookie was pleasantly light, soft, and airy. It was absolutely choc-full of chocolate chips with a great, deep vanilla and butter base to it. At it’s size and nutrition, it’s definitely a treat. But if you’re going to treat yourself, you surely want it to be as delicious as this.
