8/10: Spicy and sweet, crystallized ginger is most definitely an acquired taste, and one that I’m proud to have. I thought Tierra Farm‘s organic rendition of the treat was nice, but lacked a certain kick other brands I’ve tried have; the flavor just wasn’t loud enough for my liking. I was very impressed at how moist and fresh it was, on the other hand. And I loved how uniformly sized and shaped these were packaged.
