Spicy Jalapeno

8/10: Well now, I can’t say this wasn’t spicy! Seriously, this sausage packed some serious heat. How could it not with over 20% your DV of sodium? Any more salt was just abrasive. That being said, I didn’t get a huge sense of jalapeno-spicy so much as generic heat. I liked the flavor overall, but it was a little bland as far as chicken goes. I think I’d rather have one of Al Fresco’s sweet or savory flavors for something more tasty and identifiable.
