8.5/10: An excuse for maple syrup at the dinner table? What could possibly be better? Well this sausage, for one, as it exceeds the pleasure of simple maple syrup. I’m ashamed to say it, but after savoring one of these I can’t really say why it was so good, just that it was really good. There wasn’t something that jumped out(although the bit of dried apple was a pleasant surprise); it was just a very humble yet very tasty sausage–the kind that, if I ever found at a diner, I would tell people to go there and order their sausage. Fortunately, these aren’t in a diner but rather the grocery store, so go there and buy this sausage.
