6.5/10: Unlike a pot pie, this shepherd’s pie is vegetables covered in a vegetable crust. What could be bad? Well, nothing was bad, but nothing was particularly amazing. The mashed potato topping was a bit free and loose. The vegetables were surprisingly firm but a little bland. And overall the dish felt very small to be considered “a meal”. With a little more seasoning and a little more… period, this could be something very special, and it makes for a great and healthy side as is.
