8.5/10: A fresh, doughy, delicious pretzel straight from the freezer sounds like a contradiction. Yet somehow that’s what Kim And Scott has achieved. This felt freshly baked and puffed right up to my liking. I thought the sauce was a bit skimpy, and perhaps the whole thing a little too herby(which I didn’t even know was possible). However, overall I loved it’s convenience and nutrition, with whole wheat flour and quality milk ingredients. And it’s perfectly portioned for a snack or a meal with added vegetables. Overall this was a great twist on the “personal pizza”.
