9/10: Spicy and salty, this unique cheddar had a touch of tang and a lot to say. I love that they kept the name as simple as “Caribbean” because really the flavor is all its own. I picked up all the hints of garlic, parsley, cilantro, and everything else in here in its right place. The overall impression was absolutely fantastic, as was the nutrition. This might not be in every supermarket or a common flavor but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be.
