8/10: I liked this flavor of Next Generation Dairy‘s cheddar just as much as I liked any of thei cheddars. It tasted delicious, but the parsley was a very faint, almost undetectable added flavor. It added a smooth, herbiness to the cheese, but not so much a “flavor”. Still, their cheddar is amongst my favorite. And there was no adverse tang from the raw cheese, so I would recommend this product.
