10/10: I would say this is a relatively perfect product. What does that mean? Well, I don’t expect everyone to clamor for coconut flour in their pantry. But, for those who will, I could only suggest Bob’s Red Mill brand. It’s stellar on the nutrition, well-priced, widely available, and meets any of the needs someone looking for coconut flour could want. Work it in to any recipe for some gluten-free goodness. This may not be a product for you, but it is for me, and I’ll be sure to keep a bag of this handy.
