9/10: A generic sweetness can be boring; a vanilla sweetness is never. Let alone the flavor, I love the calm and arid aroma this brought of sweet vanilla. Moving on to the flavor, a vanilla hint was definitely noticeable wherever this was added. It wasn’t as strong as a vanilla bean flavor, but rather more mild and an enhancing of other tastes. I could certainly see this replacing plain old agave in many more places than just your cup of coffee.
