8/10: This nut butter was far sweeter and creamier than it had right to be; it reminded me of a marzipan and was absolutely delicious. How could this all be raw?! It definitely made me think twice about how much work really “needs” to be put into a good tasting nut butter. That being said, it didn’t seem like something impossible to make at home or anything like that.
