9/10: This coconut oil came to me about as pure as I could have hoped. I loved that it was extra-virgin and cold pressed for optimal nutrition. I thought the room-stable texture was a little chunky and flaky for my purposes but overall it was a good cooking aid with a sweet and subtle flavor.
