9/10: Smooth, rich, and luxurious, like a true pecan pie. The hint of cashew here made it just the right level of oily to counteract what dryness I imagine the pecans might of had. And the combination of delicious fats really made this taste like a treat, but kept it healthy. A touch of maple syrup with this on toast would fool the mouth into thinking it was having pecan pie.
