8.5/10: The flavor of peanut here was very prevalent and delicious! As a 1-ingredient product, my first instinct was to add salt but I resisted. I’m glad I did because it would have been completely unnecessary. Another thing I liked about this was its thin consistency, even when fully stirred. I don’t prefer a thin or thick peanut butter, but I do like it that my peanut butter be one or the other, and not some midpoint. Thin peanut butters like this are great for putting on cold or room temperature items like muffins, yogurt, or ice cream. They’re also what I prefer to use in baking. And with 1 ingredient, you know exactly what you’re adding to any dish with this.
