Cashew Butter

8/10: Cashews have always been “the sweet nut” to me. This raw cashew butter highlights their sweet nature in a really nice and organic way. The texture is almost light and airy, and completely emulsified. It doesn’t taste particularly nutty, but not disappointing either; it just tastes like good cashew butter. At the same time, this didn’t have me particularly convinced it was worth the effort to get raw compared to other brands. Still, it was delightful and delicious.
