White Chocolate Cherry Almond Butter
8/10: Being a Michigan company, there are high expectations for any of Naturally Nutty’s cherry butters. I hadn’t had the combination of white chocolate and cherry before, so I was curious how it would play out over an almond tone. Overall, a certain sweetness really was missing from the almond butter, making the white chocolate and the cherry dull background flavors. Upon reflection(and a few more bites), however, I really enjoyed how you had to work to grasp the complexity of all three combined. All in all, this was a really unique experience that I don’t think I could ever recreate in my kitchen with a food processor no matter how many ingredients I have on hand.
