7.5/10: It’s a bit hard to “judge” a company on raw nuts. What makes this harder is that I’ve never particularly cared for raw walnuts. In the end, these had the same old problem: dry. Despite that unpleasantry, most of the walnuts I received were whole, which is always on the mind of someone ordering nuts. If you are for sure a fan of raw walnuts, I would certainly recommend Tierra Farm. If it’s a product you’re iffy about, I’d say it’s safe to pass and try something where they show off their roasting expertise.
