8/10: Spice is nice–or so they say–and so are these. With a good deal of heat, these live up to the promise that the “chili” invokes. And the hint of citrus and lime is a nice, clean touch to it all. On top of that, cashews themselves can be quite base, so the flavors really shine through. I did think these needed something more–a contrast–to really pop. Maybe a little sugar for some sweet spiciness would have been the crown on top. But for a savory snack, these are sure to please.
