Apple Ginger

10/10: This eats like a good bowl of oatmeal in bar form. With dried fruits and nuts, is a satisfying snack. And with plenty of spice including ginger, it’s an entertaining one, too. I love the sweetness of the dried fruit in contrast with the sharpness of ginger and cinnamon. And the interplay of textures kept things amusing. My favorite part is that it’s all held together and cooked with almond butter for healthy fat. This is definitely a flavor sensation and deserves no less than a 10.
