Cashew Almond

8.5/10: This bar is bursting with more nuts than the package will let you know. When I opened this, I was pleased to find not a solid chunk but a mish-mesh of textures from chunky almonds and cashews to smooth date puree to crispy amaranth. Eating it just made me feel energized with all the raw and natural goodness here. I was a bit confused how this could say “no added sugar” while it had agave syrup as an ingredient which–while raw and low-glycemic–is a sugar. Overall, I was really impressed; I might not have bought this at first with the solid wrapper blocking what it might be like from view but I’ll happily buy one again
