5/10: How do you make a crispy cracker without baking it? Well, I think this product still leaves that question in the air. But I would like to know how they made these. The texture wasn’t quite a cracker, but it was reasonably stiff. It was much like a raw nut: firm but a bit soft and stale. There was definitely an herby flavor but I think it needed more. Perhaps an extra dash of unrefined sea salt would have gone a long way.
