Chocolate Brownie

8/10: How necessary is gluten in a brownie if you want that signature, fudgy texture? Not very, which is why I figured this would not be a problem for The Wow Baking Company. In fact, their gluten free flour is only the 5th ingredient, following the familiar faces for any brownie. I loved the texture of this brownie; it was soft, chewy, and rich. Surprisingly, I thought the sweetness needed a bit of tweaking even with all that sugar. More chocolate? More salt? I’m not quite sure; but it needed a touch of something else to POP in the flavor department.
