9/10: Ice cream, in this case, is a misnomer. This product is made with soy milk and is both dairy and gluten free. The premise behind this ice cream is cookie dough for cinnamon lovers; it has a sinfully sweet cinnamon and brown sugar base with large chunks of snickerdoodle cookie dough. The base is nice and light, though does have a bit of the soy taste remaining. The snickerdoodle cookie dough pieces are an absolute delight as they break up and melt straight in your mouth, like eating straight out of the bowl. The ice cream itself is thickened with yucca root and inulin giving each serving a healthy dose of fiber and a thicker consistency. This is one dairy alternative ice cream that is well worth the hype.
