Roasted Pepper & Asiago

7.5/10: I’m no cheese connoisseur, so I might have been out of my element to begin with this one, but I gave it a go. I liked the red pepper flakes which added a warmth and spicy Italian kick to it that brought me back to my Italian and Polish roots. I didn’t get a good sense of the cheese or smokiness, on the other hand; there was a certain savoriness to this and a comfort food feel, but if I had to pin it down I simply couldn’t. For a very basic sausage, this was fine. But for anything artisan it was a bit of a disappointment.
