Teriyaki Ginger

8/10: Sausages and oriental flavors aren’t something that go together all too naturally. But I did enjoy these natural sausages with teriyaki and ginger. They had a slight spiciness to them with a nice salty sweetness. The flavors were a bit subtle, perhaps too subtle, but with extra soy sauce these went from OK to outstanding. It’s also worth noting they’re made with tamari and so gluten free. Bottom line: with a little soy sauce these were good to go.
