6/10: As with all of Wildwood’s tofu, this had impressive nutrition with 14g of protein per 3 ounces and an ease of digestion due to their sprouting technique. And it was plenty simple to dice and heat for a quick dish. Unfortunately, that was about all of the highlights of this. Overall, I found the flavor dreadfully bland. After reviewing the ingredients, I would have liked any of them to be stronger: the ginger, the soy sauce, the brown rice syrup–any of them. This is one flavor I probably wouldn’t get again, at least not without a bottle of soy sauce or heavy oriental marinade on hand.
