9/10: As much as I try to deny it, I love sugar. I love sweet things. But sugar, in all its forms, is really not nutritious. Well, if you’re going to go down that road, you might as well go for agave nectar, which has a lower GI value. To take that one step further, find a product with concentrated fiber and is raw and you’re golden. That’s what this is, and it was golden. And whereas other raw agave nectars I’ve tried had me wondering “where’s the sweet?”, this was very clearly sweeter than sugar to me. I will go on record as saying that I truly believe Xagave to be a step above other agave nectars. I only wish it were more available like it’s competitors are.
