Sprouted Almond Butter

9/10: This was honestly one of the hardest flavors for me to have to place. And it was also the simplest: pure, raw almonds. After having had so many flavored and hyped-up almonds, this was a great reminder of the beauty of the bitter, raw flavor. I love the nutrition from seeds not only sprouted but kept with their fibrous coat on. The texture was perfectly smooth, oily, and chunky, with no separation! And the flavor was about as pure as you could hope. I only wish this were more widely available, but if you can readily get your hands on some then do.
