7.5/10: Wildwood makes their yogurt with an astounding 7 strands of probiotic bacteria. And a combination of soy with flax and other agents gives each cup a heft dose of protein, fiber, and omega-3. I liked that this yogurt had a distinctive soymilk taste to it; since I’m not vegan and don’t avoid dairy, when I have a soy product it’s often for that distinctive flavor. The strawberry wasn’t very pronounced or sweet, which I should have guessed it would be like from the low sugar content. It was nice, however, to have whole chunks of the real fruit.
