Starbucks’ Mocha Raspberry Brownies


  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 applesauce
  • 1/4 cup coffee yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves

Mocha Raspberry Brownie Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 375. In a large bowl, whisk sugar, applesauce, yogurt, extract, and eggs. In a seperate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, instant coffee, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add dry to wet and mix just until blended. Pour into a 9Ă—9 pan(if using glass, decrease oven temperature to 350). Spoon the jam into a ziploc bag and squeeze the preserves in straight lines across brownies. Using a knife, draw lines alternatively up and down the brownies to add a pattern. Bake for 25 minutes.
