9.5/10: The good thing about cheddar is that it’s so mild on its own all it really needs to do is “be” and it will taste great. This “was” very well and had that great, mild cheddarness to it. The fact that it was raw and probiotic was unnoticeable from a flavor perspective once it came to room temperature. And it had a nice, soft consistency. This is definitely the type of cheddar I want on my sandwich.
