9/10: The flavor of white chocolate is a curious one: cocoa butter, dairy, and vanilla. In fact, that’s very little chocolate at all! Perhaps that’s what makes it so sinful. Green & Black’s definitely delivers with premium, organic cocoa butter and visible vanilla bean specks, both of which combine for an unreal flavor. The whole milk powder is an improvement upon other brands that use nonfat dry milk, but butterfat would make this much creamier and richer. Overall, it’s still a tasty dessert and worth picking up.
