10/10: Cool and refreshing is right; picked up on a whim and recommendation, this has easily worked its way into my heart as my favorite mint chocolate and one of my favorite darks. Unlike other brands where the mint subsides, the flavor here actually lingers, truly leaving you refreshed. The addition of unrefined sugar at first seemed striking but then became a hit with me; I love that you have that added, slight crunch of sweetness. This is a pricey option, but I truly believe you’re getting what you pay for in not only quality of product but of production; the fair-trade and origin-marked ingredients speak to how more products should be.
Food Makes Fun Fuel 
This is my absolute favorite mint chocolate bar. I blame, err thank, my younger brother for introducing it to me. Haha. Yum!
