9/10: Even though it’s one of their simpler flavors, this is my favorite Endangered Species chocolate bar. The 70% is perfectly bitter for my taste. The thickness and durability makes this feel rich and decadent. And the fact that it’s organic and proceeds go to preservation make this an ethical treat, too. It is quite pricey, but the quality really shows. It’s best to store this one away where you won’t be tempted to go through it all at once because–trust me–if you like dark chocolate, you would.
