9/10: Chunky and lightly sweet, this really is a revamp of raw nut butters. Even without roasting or salting, it’s plenty flavorful with the beauty of natures. I really got a taste of the cashews, walnuts, and pecans; the almonds were a bit subdued but they’re such a subtle flavor on their own they often can be lost. For someone who has often been bored by raw nut butters, this really changed my thinking.
